Responsibilities/Key Duties:
- Maintain strong communication and provide legal support to the executive team, administrative staff, and various company departments.
- Oversee and handle legal agreements within the company (contracts with R&D partners, business partners, gaming companies, office maintenance contracts, etc.).
- Human resource topics, Job related legalities.
- Handle corporate legal affairs.
- Supporting relationships with local institutions (Banks, legal and finance firms, etc.).
- Participation and assist with annual financial audits.
- Manage and monitor the performance of external legal consultants.
- Safeguard company confidentiality (confidentiality agreements with collaborators, freelancers, and staff).
- Evaluating and aligning Terms and Conditions with marketing platforms (user acquisition/monetization), licensors, analytics services, and various online service providers.
- Coordinate global Trademark registrations.
- IP transactions, acquisitions, and licensing.
- Ensure appropriate IP acquisition from external entities and verify legal clearance for company’s products.
- Supervise the organization's intellectual property assets, collaborating with the finance department on related resources.
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations for both the company and its products (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, LGPD, etc.).
- Confirm compliance with guidelines set by App Store and Google Play.
- Manage IP protection and resolve conflicts on App Store, Google Play, and other digital platforms.
- Drafting and updating end user documents (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, etc.).
- Handling of user complaints and data requests.
- Risk management.
Experience/Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in Law within the Gaming, IT, or related sectors.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously and coordinate with various departments and branches.
- Skilled at managing and prioritizing complex workloads.
- Fluent in English.
- Russian language is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of IP Law.
- Strategic planning and multitasking.
- Risk management skills.
