Job Description

As a Lifecycle Specialist: Contracts Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of contracts within Remote. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and post-execution management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, HR, and finance, to ensure that all contracts are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Must have:

Strong contract management experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized

Good to have:

Experience with legal and regulatory compliance
Experience in the HR or payroll industry
Knowledge of international employment law
