Come join the team responsible for localization at Netflix! We are a passionate team dedicated to bringing the Netflix experience to international markets. We are looking for a highly motivated Localization Producer to help support our Live slate, someone who is excited to ensure that the Netflix experience is equally enjoyable across our live and post-live experiences for our growing global audience.
In this role, you will work cross functionally with Product, Content, External Partners, QC, Linguists, and more. You will support the localization strategy & execution of our Live content slate, coordinating with our vendors, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring high quality for your components, and guaranteeing the successful launch of the Global Netflix experience. As Live is a growing area of our business, you will also have the opportunity to support testing efforts and help identify and unlock opportunities for future innovation.
The environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, manage cross-functional stakeholders and ambitious business goals and deadlines. You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage highly time-sensitive, often confidential projects from the Live content slate, anticipate and mitigate localization challenges, and maintain and advance business operations, while focusing on creative excellence and quality. You must be a strong systems-thinker, see how global/local and creative/operational needs intertwine, and exhibit strategic, problem-solving skills on a highly complex, potentially multi-territory content slate. The right mix of organizational and communication skills is key to success. Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage competing priorities is also essential.
