Job Description

The Manager Maintenance Attractions is responsible for managing a team of 103 people (including 15 team leaders) to ensure the smooth operation of all park attractions, buildings, and hotels. Responsibilities include team supervision, implementing product strategies, managing budgets, ensuring visitor satisfaction, enforcing safety regulations, evaluating employee performance, fostering professional development, and maintaining a positive work environment. Collaboration with internal departments (HR, Finance, etc.) and external stakeholders is crucial. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing teams in automated and mechanical system maintenance, demonstrating strong leadership and managerial skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and English language skills are a plus. Experience in the industrial sector is beneficial.

Tous les jours, notre Direction Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments/Hôtels du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité !


Sous la responsabilité du Senior Manageur Maintenance Attractions, vous managez votre activité, encadrez une équipe opérationnelle et délivrer les résultats opérationnels et la qualité de service que DLP a décidé d’offrir à ses clients en veillant au respect des Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Vos missions

  • Encadrer le travail de l’équipe avec la collaboration des chefs d’équipes par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent, valider les plannings et contrôler le temps de travail (103 personnes à gérer dont 15 chefs d’équipes)
  • Mettre en œuvre la stratégie produits au sein de sa location, être force de proposition, assurer les résultats/Objectifs de l’activité quotidienne et veiller à la satisfaction des visiteurs/clients/clients internes.
  • Assurer la gestion financière et/ou l’efficacité de son secteur par la maximisation, l’optimisation des revenus et le contrôle des coûts
  • Définir les éléments variables de son budget et de s’assurer de la réalisation du budget tout au long de l’année
  • Informer et expliquer les règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et les dispositions légales et conventionnelles et s’assurer de leur application
  • Prendre toute décision opérationnelle et quotidienne relative au fonctionnement courant de son périmètre d’activité et de responsabilité
  • Evaluer l’action de ses collaborateurs, favoriser le développement professionnel (formations, accompagnement, mobilité, etc ..) et la motivation des collaborateurs de l’équipe
  • Veiller au bon climat social de son secteur
  • Faciliter et développer les relations de partenariat avec les services supports (RH, Labor, Finance, EMPS etc..)
  • Assurer une bonne communication avec nos clients internes (Opération, spectacle etc …)
  • Participer à des projets du secteur d’activité et contribuer aux initiatives déployées

Votre profil 

Vous connaissez le fonctionnement de nos attractions et vous justifiez d’une expérience de plus de 5 ans en management d’équipe dans le domaine de la maintenance des systèmes automatisés et mécanique, vous ayant permis de développer votre leadership et votre vision managériale.

Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), autonome, disponible et réactif(ve), vous avez un réel esprit d’équipe et vous savez mettre votre expérience et expertise au service de vos clients pour interpréter leurs besoins et garantir le niveau de service attendu par notre clientèle.

Leader, vous savez fédérer les équipes autours de la réalisation du plan pluriannuel de maintenance que vous avez défini ou autour de projets communs ainsi que l’atteinte des objectifs fixés par la division

Représentant(e) de votre pôle en interne et en externe, vous êtes un communicant(e) aguerri(e) qui sait développer la coopération au sein de ses équipes et avec ses différents interlocuteurs en interne comme en externe.

Vous maîtrisez impérativement le Pack Office et l’Anglais serait un réel plus.

Expérience dans le secteur de l’industrie serait un plus
