Marketing Manager - Greater China - Shooter/FPS

Responsibilities:

  • You will collaborate with Asia and global marketing and franchise leads to produce marketing strategy and campaign plans, reporting to the regional marketing lead.
  • You will be an important member of the regional marketing team and deliver the best go-to-market campaign execution end-to-end, with important focuses on social, creators & community activations, working with a team of local marketing experts.
  • You will partner with brand, franchise, commercial teams to deliver world-class launch and ongoing live service campaigns execution that achieves business targets.
  • You will work with the APAC engagement and integrated communications teams to provide support for Asia PR, events, esports and creators activations.
  • You will manage agencies, partners and marketing opportunities in the region; deliver briefings, manage campaigns and produce postmortem.
  • You will surface brand, partner, and campaign opportunities and insights to important teams in Asia and global.
  • You will manage budget and administrative tasks for major activations and events, including PO and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing activation, project management, partner relationships, and agency management
  • Local market expert with understanding of the social ecosystem and gaming community.
  • Familiarity with Shooter/FPS franchises and an understanding of market & audience insights.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to present plans in both languages.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and ability to quickly adopt new technologies and marketing campaign management and reporting tools.
  • Experience with project management software and collaborative tools is an advantage.
