- Develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy for Hong Kong market, including events, account-based marketing initiatives, content marketing and digital marketing to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns, events, initiatives effectively, including conferences, seminars, workshops, promotional activities, etc.
- Develop and update sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, sales kits, and other collateral as needed.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Support marketing operations such as procurement, new supplier onboarding and internal compliance processes of marketing agencies/suppliers.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders across sales, product/solutions, customer services, finance etc.
Requirements
- Degree or above, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations majors.
- 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience; Background in event management (including both physical and webinar formats) is preferred.
- Experience in Marketing Automation Software (eg. Marketo) and SalesForce is preferred.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese with bilingual copywriting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, able to handle multiple tasks with collaborative spirits in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, team players, well organized with good problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager.
