Job Description
Interactive Brokers is looking for candidates to lead the prospecting and integration efforts for enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The candidate will be required to develop a keen understanding of IBKR's infrastructure, systems, products and offerings. To aid in securing prospective clients, this individual will need to understand and define real-world business requirements, translating them into proposed solutions for our fast-growing brokerage enterprise integration business. Resulting business opportunities will require the individual to manage projects that facilitate integration.
Responsibilities
The Enterprise Solutions Associate's primary responsibilities include:
Defining detailed project delivery plans and identifying the internal resources required
Effectively managing and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Leading and serving as a liaison for cross-functional teams comprised of colleagues from Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Operations
Identifying problems and championing solutions
Crafting post-go-live roadmaps to ensure continued success
Becoming the subject matter expert for inquiries on our enterprise solutions
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Project Management
2+ years in Financial Services or a Project Management based role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills; must be an effective communicator and influencer.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to exercise independent judgment when needed
Comfortable and effective working in a team setting and independently.
Demonstrates strong ability to write clearly and concisely.
High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology and an understanding of how technology is applied to business solutions
Strong MS Office skills. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
