Our client is seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Lead to guide their New Logo sales team and contribute significantly to our rapidly expanding business in the APAC region. This role is based in Hong Kong and is focused on unlocking the substantial market potential in the area. As part of a dynamic team of revenue professionals, you will deliver innovative research insights to clients.
What You Will Do
Over 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a technology or analytics-related field
Professional fluency in both Chinese and English
Strong coaching mindset with a passion for team development and support
Proven ability to thrive in high-functioning environments centered on operational excellence
A proactive "can-do" attitude with a problem-solving approach
Commitment to ownership of tasks and driving results
Ability to foster growth and success in team members, with a supportive approach during challenges

What You Will Need
Identify high-potential prospect accounts and key personnel to target for sales opportunities
Maintain a strong operational cadence with the New Logo sales team to ensure adequate pipeline coverage for revenue goals
Develop and execute engagement strategies to facilitate the opportunity discovery process through to deal closure
Create and implement strategies to maximize outcomes from sales opportunities
Be accountable for achieving the revenue targets set for the APAC New Logo sales team
