Job Description

The Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is seeking a Park Restaurant Host to join their Food & Beverage team. As a Park Restaurant Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by introducing menu options, taking orders, fulfilling orders, and handling cash. You will also be responsible for general cleaning, stocking items, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be willing to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations. This is a full-time position and requires full availability for any shift.

Must have:

Good communication skills
Willingness to work at different locations
Full-time availability

Good to have:

Previous cashier experience
Previous quick service or related Food & Beverage industry experience

Job Summary:

HKD$6,000* Special Welcome Reward paid out upon successfully joined by this position with completion of 6 months of continuous employment

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various quick service and outdoor vending locations across property.

Responsibilities:

Work at one of our quick service, table service or outdoor vending locations. Responsibilities include:

Introduce menu options, taking orders, fulfilling orders and cash handling
General cleaning, stocking items and keeping inventory

Basic Qualifications:

Good communication skills.
Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous cashier experience
Previous quick service or related Food & Beverage industry experience
Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher positions

Additional Information:

Schedule Availability
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company.
