This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks), conducting initial interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, preparing job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining accurate records in the ATS, and building relationships with candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is beneficial.
