Summary

As a Recruiter at PLUMMY, you'll be pivotal in identifying and attracting top gaming talent. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, track key metrics, maintain the ATS, and stay updated on industry trends. Responsibilities include developing and executing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews to assess candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, tracking and reporting on key metrics, maintaining the ATS, and staying updated on industry best practices. This role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or GameDev, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Must have:
  • 2+ years recruiting experience (IT/GameDev preferred)
  • Successful track record of filling positions
  • Strong understanding of recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple roles
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal)
Good to have:
  • Background in HR or organizational psychology

As a Recruiter with the PLUMMY team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who are passionate about the gaming industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to fill positions effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to pre-boarding.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within IT or GameDev.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions promptly.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Nice to have: A background in human resources or organizational psychology.
