GoTo seeks a Compensation & Benefits Business and Budgeting Partner to collaborate with Group and People Business Partners. This role involves providing analytical support for workforce planning and compensation budgeting using data from various sources (HR and payroll systems). Key responsibilities include developing analytical reports, understanding business priorities, partnering with stakeholders, analyzing large datasets, project management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (People & Culture, Finance, etc.). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, and compensation and benefits, with proven analytical skills and expertise in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience in compensation budgeting, understanding compensation best practices and trends, and effective communication are crucial. The role contributes to various compensation topics, including workforce planning, budgeting, program administration, and projects.

About The Role

GoTo is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Business and Budgeting Partner to be a key partner for our Group and People Business Partners. The role will focus on enabling Business outcomes by providing analytics support on workforce planning and compensation budgeting

What You Will Do

    • Support C&B team in partnering with Business and Finance teams by providing analytical reports in relation to workforce planning and compensation budgeting, which data will come from various sources (HR systems, payroll systems, etc).  Demonstrate understanding of Business priorities and challenges, and able to support the business and partnership with the relevant stakeholders to provide relevant and sound information required to support business decisions Able to have a good collaboration with cross-functional partners including People & Culture (PAC), Business, Finance and other stakeholders. 
    • Ability to crunch and analyze large volumes of data
    • Provide good project management  and focus on driving key outcomes
    • Partner closely with People and Finance Business Partners to understand people movements and their impacts on compensation budget and overall cost impact to the organization As a member of the compensation team, be a key contributor and collaborator on a range of Compensation topics including but not limited to, workforce planning, budgeting, comp program administration, and projects, etc.

What You Will Need

    • At least 3 + years of work experience in data analytics/ People analytics and compensation and benefits area, particularly in developing and maintaining the compensation budget 
    • A good understanding of compensation best practices and current compensation trends
    • Proven analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and truly in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets including building and maintaining complex models
    • Experienced in communicating effectively across teams in markets, which will be a plus point if has experience across the region
    • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and confidently when advising leaders
About The Team

Group Total Reward is a C&B Center of Expertise (CoE) that provides subject matter expertise on total reward solutions, and global oversight on core C&B processes across the entire GoTo Group which at the moment spans across 3 countries with a footprint of circa 4000 headcounts.  This team Interfaces and works closely with the broader PAC (People and Culture) team to provide world-class HR products and solutions to enable and accelerate the globalization and growth of Gojek.
