The Business Development Sales Manager at Team Liquid Indonesia will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and event sales. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, selling sponsorships and media packages, and providing regular reports to management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian gaming and esports market.

Team Liquid Indonesia is looking for a Business Development Sales Manager to oversee our efforts in identifying new opportunities, driving revenue, and building lasting partnerships across the esports and entertainment landscape.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, close high-impact deals, and help expand our brand presence in Indonesia. Your expertise in sales, negotiation, and market insights will play a crucial role in fueling our continued growth.

Job Purpose

The Business Development Sales Manager oversees revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and event sales at Stun.gg Indonesia. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and ensuring successful sales outcomes to expand the company’s presence in the Indonesian market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, such as within the eSports, gaming, and event industries
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Stun.gg’s client base and market reach
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, sponsors, and agency companies
  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring positive engagement and repeat business
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications, negotiations, and account coordination
  • Provide customized solutions to clients, aligning their needs with Stun.gg’s offerings
  • Sell event sponsorships, activations, and partnership opportunities to brands and advertisers
  • Work with the internal and events teams to develop compelling sales presentations for events
  • Ensure seamless execution of event-related sales deliverables, coordinating with relevant departments
  • Track sales performance, revenue progress, and market trends, providing regular reports to management
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and apply adjustments as needed
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and emerging opportunities in gaming and eSports

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client coordination, preferably in eSports, gaming, media, or events
  • Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship development
  • Ability to create and apply effective sales strategies
  • Experience in selling sponsorships, media packages, or event-related opportunities
  • Familiarity with the gaming and eSports environment in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
