As an Azure SAP Specialist, you are a business leader with technical expertise working with our most important managed customers. You will lead a virtual team of sales, technical, and services resources to help customers realize digital transformation through cloud computing achieve/exceed quarterly Azure Infrastructure consumption targets for related workloads in your assigned accounts. You possess both a high EQ with executive presence, able to engage with senior decision makers to uncover digital transformation initiatives, and a passion to learning how Azure cloud services can deliver digital transformation. You will develop and maintain an Azure Infrastructure expertise, able to identify projects, build a compelling business case, and drive the consumption project to production. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the CXO level with technology decision makers. You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent German is essential
- Solid technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
- Experience working wuth SAP and Azure/other cloud based tech.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Azure Certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) and/or Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (Exam AZ-305)
- Deep domain knowledge in Data Center Migration
Position is based in: Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona, Spain

Responsibilities
- You will lead business level dialogue with customers around the SAP workloads, including Business transformation for enterprise computing and digital transformation, creating “buy-in” vision with key CxO decision makers by building executive relationships to generate excitement around Microsoft solutions’ value to influence long-term strategic direction around SAP workloads
- Engage and jointly sell with SAP counterparts, Partners and Priority ISVs to maximize business results by bringing together Microsoft and Partner solutions to deliver against customer business outcomes leveraging assets across Microsoft, SAP Architects, Product Teams and Engineering. You will brief Microsoft Executives around complex sales opportunities, including competitive strategies and close plans to engage customers with joint value positioning
- You will influence the Microsoft Azure SAP GTM strategies by providing feedback to the leadership team, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers. You will be recognized for sharing, learning and driving work that results in business impact for customers, partners and Microsoft. You will therefore be required to attain and maintain required certifications.
- You will lead multi-million-dollar deals, requiring orchestration of virtual teams composed of industry, solution, technical, licensing & legal team members as well as SI and ISV partners.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Exceed sales / cloud consumption quota by driving pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
