As a Senior Recruiter at PLUMMY, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent to the gaming industry. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, manage the candidate experience, track key metrics, and maintain the ATS. Responsibilities include developing and executing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews to assess candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience, tracking recruiting metrics, maintaining the ATS, contributing to team development, and staying updated on industry best practices. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • 3+ years recruiting experience (preferably IT or GameDev)
  • Proven track record of successful placements
  • Strong understanding of recruiting tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, manage multiple roles

As a Recruiter with the PLUMMY team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who are passionate about the gaming industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to fill positions effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to pre-boarding.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Contribute to team and processes development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within IT or GameDev.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions promptly.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Nice to have: A background in human resources or organizational psychology.
