The Team:
Corporate Systems, in the Global Technology Organization (GTO), manages the overall application performance/sustainment and global delivery of projects covering the Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Human Resources portfolios. We ensure application stability and deliver technology projects and capabilities that transform our business operations in partnership with Finance and HR globally.

Mattel has embarked on an exciting opportunity in leveraging the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform to fulfill our Finance Transformation Project called Next Generation (Gen) Finance. NextGen Finance will modernize, optimize and transform Finance. Utilizing the Oracle Cloud ERP for Financials, Oracle Cloud EPM, Accounting Hub, EDMCS, and Risk Management and Controls platforms

Mattel is currently seeking a Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join in on the play with not only implementing the Oracle Cloud Platform, but also, stability, support, and enhancements. This role will be a member of a dynamic team focused on the implementation, rollout, sustainment, and follow-on projects of Oracle cloud platform, including Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, Oracle EPM Cloud Financials, Accounting Hub, EDMCS, and Risk Management Cloud, assist in the implementation and participate in knowledge transfer, transition, and stability of the target production support model, and be an engaging team member for a series of follow-on projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with global, cross-functional, offshore, multi-project teams to ensure application, configuration, integrations, reporting, and IT-related solutions are delivered on-time and on budget in accordance with the defined scope, timeline and budget as well as being in on the planning and deployment of the target operating model for sustainment The Oracle Fusion Cloud techno functional analyst will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, configuring, developing and controlling all application, integration and report-related project activities toward these objectives, pertaining to their area of expertise, applying Oracle Fusion Cloud domain knowledge, technical, theoretical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive professional relationships with stakeholders, vendors and project team members.
What Your Impact Will Be:
• Combines business knowledge and an understanding of the inner-workings and configuration options of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Cloud Financials Platform (i.e. GL, AR, AP, iExpense, FA, PA, CE Tax), with special emphasis on GL, Accounting Hub, Tax
• Requires 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience as a lead production support or project resource with emphasis on functional analytics and in-depth configuration experience, with 5 years overall related experience
• Will bring expertise, knowledge and experience to the Corporate Applications team as a techno functional analyst with configuration knowledge and expertise, while interfacing with business users on requirements, enhancements, issues, and solving problems
• Will work with internal customers, external consultants and vendors to support project, operational, and sustainment tasks, as they relate to the Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment
• Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions to enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Provide both project and sustainment support to our Finance users
• Manage and Perform Oracle functional configuration in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline.
• 5 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud platforms/applications/configuration
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification preferred but not required.
• Oracle functional and configuration experience is required – Accounting Hub/Tax preferred
• Oracle cloud integration experience is required, OIC preferred but not required
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help address and resolve business issues for the Finance organization.
• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with SAAS application support on a global level and interacting with Oracle and the Oracle mySupport portal
• Ability to act to resolve issues preventing the team from working effectively.
• Exhibit technical integration experience with 3rd parties.
• Ability to work in a global/virtual team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of users and be able to effectively lead and facilitate requirements or project status meetings.
• Work with existing support teams to manage issues and develop enhancement opportunities and provide sustainment support after go live
• Actively participate in the Oracle Fusion Cloud transition process throughout the project and become a vibrant part of the sustainment team post go live
• Work with multiple departments to document and validate current and future state business and technical requirements.
• Lead System testing and coordinate production implementations
• Understand and modify the Application Configuration as required
• Persistent attention to detail
• Ability to respond to internal audit queries, with knowledge of SOX controls
The annual base salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $140,000
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
