Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- Experience in planning and scheduling of mission critical facility maintenance activities.
- Experience in developing long-term maintenance plans and forecasts.
- Experience with third-party CMMS programs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, mechanical, electrical, controls, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing and scheduling maintenance vendors.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop long term tactical maintenance plans and forecasts.
- Ability to interact with internal customers and external parties, and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams, vendors and be responsible for the Planning and Scheduling of technicians, and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with SME’s and facility management in the development and maintenance schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program.
- Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials and Program Manager (PM) schedules.
- Manage process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers.
