Account Manager (Media)

We’re hiring an Account Manager for an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients. This role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative thinker passionate about media, advertising, and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Join a dynamic team where you’ll work alongside industry experts to build and expand advertising partnerships. As the Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal teams—like Ad Sales, Product, and Marketing—and external partners such as Brand Managers and E-Commerce teams to execute impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier media campaigns and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals.

• Develop strategic media campaign recommendations and lead creative collaboration with internal teams.

• Oversee agency proposal templates and manage accurate tagging of campaigns.

• Partner with campaign management teams to support campaign activation, trafficking, and optimization.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders, sharing timely updates and insights.

• Work closely with the Measurement & Analytics team to ensure accurate reporting and deliver actionable insights.

• Support monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive campaign success and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Demonstrated success in managing relationships and working with cross-functional teams.

• Strong background in media planning and project management, with attention to detail.

• Solid analytical skills and comfort with advertising data and technology.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
