Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst

We’re hiring an Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst for a fully remote opportunity with a national healthcare and research organization headquartered in Rochester, MN. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

You’ll join the Payroll Systems team to support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll operations, resolve system issues, and manage quarterly updates. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on innovation, collaboration, and positive impact.

Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.

• Manage service requests using My Oracle Support (MOS).

• Support Oracle quarterly releases and system enhancements.

• Collaborate across HR, IT, and Operations teams.

• Document fixes, testing outcomes, and process updates.

• Participate in system maintenance and user support activities.

• Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations.

Oracle Payroll Systems Analyst Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll systems.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.

• Experience with My Oracle Support (MOS) and submitting service tickets.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Oracle or payroll certifications a plus (not required).

• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support if needed.
