Growth Marketing Specialist
Sulake is a social entertainment company focused on providing safe and fun online services for self-expression. Our mission is to enable our users to meet new people, make friends and give them a place to create and share content in enticing virtual surroundings. We make online web and mobile-based games, and we are good at it!
Currently, we’re both operating and developing two games: Hotel Hideaway and Habbo. Hotel Hideaway is a social online role-playing game for young adults, and Habbo is one of the world's oldest and most popular social hangouts for teens, with hundreds of millions of players. Habbo consists of several products: Habbo, Habbo Collectibles, and its newest addition, Habbo Origins. Sulake is part of Azerion, a Dutch-based international gaming company in media and entertainment. Together, we form a diverse group of media and technology brands.
We’re looking for an independent and hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to focus primarily on Hotel Hideaway, with occasional campaigns for Habbo. In this role, you’ll take ownership of digital marketing efforts from campaign planning to creative production and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns (e.g. TikTok, Google).
- Create and adapt visuals for campaigns using Adobe tools (e.g. Photoshop).
- Track and analyze performance data to improve campaign results.
- Manage third-party marketing partners and represent the brand externally.
- Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) and store presence.
