Job Summary

Job Description

As an Agency Group Manager, you will drive revenue growth for brands through strategic adtech solutions by developing collaborations with media agencies and direct clients. You will be responsible for sales across various advertising formats, acting as a trusted advisor to optimize advertising strategies. Your main goal is to secure new business and nurture existing client relationships.
Must have:
  • Develop collaboration with trusted media agencies and direct client
  • Drive sales across diverse advertising formats (Display, Video, Native, DOOH, Digital Audio, Gaming, Rich Media Ads)
  • Understand media buying processes anno 2025
  • Act as a trusted advisor to advertisers and agencies
  • Provide education and guidance on Azerion’s offerings
  • Optimize advertising strategies
  • Meet and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop existing client relationships
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, adtech sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to effectively present proposals and articulate value propositions
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem

About the Role

As an Agency Group Manager, you will be responsible for developing collaboration with trusted media agencies and direct client, driving sales across our diverse range of advertising formats such as Display, Video, Native, DOOH, Digital Audio, Gaming and Rich Media Ads. Azerion offers a wide solution of flexible buying methods, and therefore a general understanding on how media buying processes anno 2025 is needed. You will act as a trusted advisor to advertisers and agencies, providing education and guidance on Azerion’s offerings to optimize their advertising strategies.

Your primary objective will be to meet and secure new business opportunities and develop existing client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, adtech sales, or account management, ideally including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, or similar technologies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals and articulate value propositions
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. We speak Danish locally at the office, although the company language is English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including key players, trends, and technologies
