Launch Project Manager

Description

The Role:

The Launch Project Manager is responsible for managing packaging development projects in audio products, leading project team and manufacturing partners to achieve cost, schedule and performance objectives. They are also responsible to manage post-production change request and sustaining activities for package of audio products

●        Leading project team to define package configuration in new product development, execute project plan in package configuration, package structural design, graphic design

●        Collaborate with internal functional teams and external manufacturing partners

●        Develop, execute and monitor project plan for new package development

●        Prepare project status report and milestone documents for communication and approval, drive decision making with project stakeholders.

●        Control of important documents and BOMs through Agile system and coordinate ECOs across contributing groups.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

●       Good knowledge in the package development process flow from concept till mass production

●       Experience in formulate, execute and monitor project plan

●        Experience working cross functionally with different engineering, design, and operations teams

●       A good team player with strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skills

●        Careful attention to details and checking changes and that requirements are met

●       Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin

●       Experience in consumer electronics industry

●       Willing to travel

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

●        Experience in the package structure or graphic design

●        10 years+ working experience

●        PMP qualification

●        Exposure in multi-cultural international company

Education:

●       Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing  or relevant disciplines
