Mid Level Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team, specialising in Sports and Events Marketing. The ideal candidate will blend a strong background in graphic design with a deep understanding of marketing principles relevant to both sports and events. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality design work in a fast-paced environment.

• Graphic Design:
• Create compelling designs for digital ads, platform, social media content, event posters, emailers, presentations, wristbands, physical tickets, accreds, signages and more.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating creative flair.

• Collaboration and Conceptualization:
• Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and copy teams to grasp campaign objectives and target demographics, ensuring unified design and messaging.
• Develop original concepts and designs that resonate with sports and events aesthetics.

• Adaptation and Improvement:
• Modify designs to suit diverse requirements while maintaining consistency.
• Enhance designs based on feedback and evolving campaign needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within sports marketing and events.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital and physical design.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sports and events.
• HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute proactively to problem-solving.
