We’re looking for a Player Safety Moderation Manager to lead this crucial mission. In this role, you'll collaborate with various product teams to come up with a strategy to ensure that user-generated content is aligned with our values and community guidelines. Your strategic thinking and data-driven approach will help shape the future of moderation in Total Battle!

What You'll do:

• Lead the charge in building and maintaining moderation practices that keep our game environment safe and enjoyable.
• Supervise and grow a team of dedicated moderators who handle in-game content and community interactions.
• Innovate moderation strategies, adopting cutting-edge technologies to combat harmful content without stifling player expression.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align moderation efforts with both legal requirements and product goals.
• Make data-driven decisions to constantly improve our moderation flow and stay ahead of emerging trends.
• Build and improve existing internal tools to enhance moderation effectiveness.

What we're looking for in a candidate:  

• A proven leader with experience in content moderation within the gaming industry.
• Passion for games — any games, really, whether it’s an MMO, RPG title, MOBA, a strategy, or casual.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing effective moderation policies.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities — someone who can motivate and guide a team while maintaining a fair and balanced approach.
• Experience working with legal teams and understanding content regulations, especially in the EU.
• A passion for exploring new tools and technologies that enhance moderation efforts, including AI-powered solutions.
• Expert knowledge of regular expressions and SQL.

It would help you to stand out if:

• You are an OKR-adept.
• You have a B2+ certified knowledge of more than one foreign language.
• You have a good sense of humor (meme proficiency keeps us all in good shape!).
