Job Title: Multimedia Content Creator (Infographics & Video) / Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in creating visually engaging infographic videos for social media to promote our software products and services. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop content that effectively communicates complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and create high-quality infographic videos, animations, and motion graphics that clearly convey complex information in a visually appealing and engaging manner and showcase software products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements, design, target audience, key messaging and execute creative campaigns for social media platforms.
• Utilize animation techniques and software to bring static visuals to life and create dynamic videos.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and animation.
• Ensure brand consistency and creativity in all multimedia content and ensure videos align with brand guidelines and adhere to industry best practices for social media content.
• Adapt content to different social media platforms.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to improve the effectiveness of visual content.
• Edit and refine content based on feedback from stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain and update a digital library of assets including graphics, templates, and stock images.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in video production, Animation, infographics, or multimedia content creation.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with animation tools and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro).
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Experience with 2D or 3D animation is a plus.
