Job Description

As an OPEX Specialist, you will optimize factory processes, drive efficiency, and promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and IT tools. You will lead continuous improvement activities, coordinate Kaizen initiatives, and handle Information Security / TISAX activities. You will collaborate on designing new processes, develop and implement standards, and provide training on Lean tools. This role involves challenging and supporting teams to drive continuous improvement and promoting cultural change, aligning with the Aptiv vision.
Must have:
  • Master’s degree in Information Technologies or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools
  • Strong knowledge of IT, focused on tools deployment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
  • Ability to thrive in a global work environment
  • Fluency in English

Position Summary

As an Opex Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our factory processes, driving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing our Information Technology tools and using Lean methodologies. As part of the Operations Excellence team, you will:

Your Role

  • Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean 2.0 methodology and implement IT tools
  • Coordinate and prioritize Kaizen initiatives
  • Coordinate Information Security / Tisax activities
  • Collaborate in designing new processes and optimizing existing ones
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Provide training on Lean tools, ensuring alignment with Lean 2.0 principles
  • Challenge and support teams to drive continuous improvement, promoting cultural change in line with the Aptiv vision

 

Your Background:

  • A Master’s degree in Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools
  • Strong knowledge of IT, focused on tools deployment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • The ability to thrive in a global work environment
  • High energy, motivation, and a drive for excellence
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
