Job Description

The Payments Integration Manager at Growe will be responsible for communicating with merchants and payment providers, providing technical support and troubleshooting complex issues, analyzing logs and integration code, and working with APIs (HTML, XML, HPP, JSON). The role requires 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, a strong understanding of online payment integrations, API documentation, troubleshooting, and log analysis. Excellent communication skills, experience working with business and technical teams, and understanding of the SDLC and project management are crucial. The position involves working with foreign customers and providers and creating technical documentation. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years payment field experience
  • API integration expertise (HTML, XML, JSON)
  • Troubleshooting & log analysis skills
  • Excellent communication (business & technical)
  • SDLC & project management understanding
  • Technical documentation creation

We need your professional experience:
  •  2–3 years of experience in payments field in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of online payments technical integrations, flows;
  • Experience working with APIs documentation, troubleshooting of technical issues, logs analysis, interactions with partners;
  • Understanding of integration process, experience communication with business managers, technical managers and developers;
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management experience;
  • Experience in communication with foreign customers and/or providers;
  • Experience creation and managing of technical documentation;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively daily task;
  • English at the upper intermediate level.
