Working closely with the design team, you will lead the ideation and implementation of innovative game mechanics, systems, and features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including art, development, and production to ensure the successful execution of your designs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with artists and developers to bring the vision to life
• Mentor and guide the design team to deliver high-quality design work
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
• Playtest and iterate on designs based on user feedback

• Extensive experience as a game designer, preferably in a lead or principal role
• Proven track record of delivering successful game designs
• Strong knowledge of game design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate a design team
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player preferences
