This is a hands-on role, where the individual will define best practices and deliver impactful player experiences. Responsibilities include driving new processes and workflows, acting as a key contact for other departments, designing large-scale open-world spaces, blocking out 3D spaces, scripting gameplay situations, and working closely with other teams to bring the world to life.

We're looking for an expert Level designer to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Level Designer the candidate will be responsible defining the vision, structure, and execution of level design in a AAA title.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to become the expert level designer at the studio. We are looking for someone with a passion for level design who is committed to setting the bar for excellence across our project. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on, defining best practices, and delivering impactful player experiences.

Responsibilities:

Actively drives forward new processes and workflows across the Level design discipline.
Key contact for other departments and designers an expert in Level design
Design large-scale, immersive open world spaces that capture specific narrative themes and environmental storytelling.
Block out exterior and interior 3D spaces for optimal layout, flow, sightlines, and gameplay.
Script gameplay situations for players to engage with in the context of an open world.
Work closely with other design, art, animation and engineering teams to bring the world to life.
