Job Description

Cadence seeks a Principal Solutions Engineer with 5+ years of experience in PERC, Physical Design, Verification, or OPC. Expertise in TCL, Perl, Python, C++, Shell, and Linux is required. Strong understanding of ESD, ERC, PERC, gate level netlist, and circuit structure is a must.

We are looking for experienced and self-motivated programmer to develop Cadence high-performance PERC (Programmable Electrical Rule Check) decks

Team is focusing on all advanced nodes PERC solutions and decks writing
Team is working with top-talented customers and brilliant internal supporting teams

Position Requirements:

MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics/Math, or equivalent degrees
Prefer 5+ years of experience in related fields (PERC/ Physical Design/ Verification/ OPC)
TCL, Perl, Python, C++ (some of above are very familiar with)
Shell, Linux at least basic level
Willing to help/share in team
Fluent in English

Some Plus Items:

Strong knowledge on ESD, ERC, PERC, gate level netlist, and circuit structure
Experience of large-scale software developments, or deep understanding of general software algorithms
