About your role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the forecasting team and update the forecasting system.

What does this system do?

• Revenue forecasting and LTV throughout the user lifecycle in the game
• Assessing the impact of marketing and product changes on key business metrics, revenue, and LTV
• Early warning of changes in external or internal factors affecting the marketing effectiveness of newly acquired users
• Monitoring the quality of forecasting for both short-term and long-term user lifecycle stages

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and managing the team responsible for a company`s key product
• Creating a product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders and the engineering team
• Analyzing key product metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Gathering requirements, analyzing and decomposing tasks for development, and ensuring the quality implementation of functionality
• Providing regular updates on requirements and development status, as well as coordinating release dates

We hope that you have

• Experience in project and/or product management
• Deep understanding of the business goals
• Excellent planning skills and experience in creating roadmaps
• Ability to communicate effectively with both the development team and the business side
• Expertise in the domain (forecasting, business analysis, implementing solutions with ML)
• Systematic and structured thinking
• Excellent people management skills (experience in successfully forming and managing a team)
• Higher education (financial/technical/economic)
