Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and dynamic Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects within our agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency objectives.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, expectations, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client specifications.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in digital marketing, branding, or design projects.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project contexts.
• Knowledge of 3D creative software (e.g., Max, Maya, Blender) is a must.
• Knowledge of game engine (e.g., Unreal & Unity) is a plus.
