QA Automation Engineer - Student Position

Job Description
BriefCam is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (student position) to contribute to the automation testing of their on-premise products. Responsibilities include designing automation test plans based on existing and new features, writing and maintaining automation tests using Katalon Studio and other platforms, identifying and documenting defects, and reporting defects using tracking tools. The role requires at least 3 years of QA Automation experience (Selenium or similar) and experience in developing test scenarios, test data, scripts, and exit criteria. Experience with Katalon Studio/Python and excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills are advantageous. The position is hybrid and based in Israel.
Must have:
- 3+ years QA Automation exp.(Selenium or similar)
- Develop test scenarios, data, scripts, exit criteria
- Design automation test plans
- Write & maintain automation tests (Katalon Studio)
- Defect identification, documentation & reporting
Good to have:
- Experience developing automation infrastructure
- Katalon Studio/Python experience
- Experience with web-client products

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our QA team to take care of automation tasks for BriefCam on-premise products. The engineer's main effort will be to prepare and develop automation tests for our Briefcam client, based on existing tests cases.
Responsibilities:
- Design automation test plans based on existing and new product features.
- Write and maintain automation tests using Katalon studio and other automation testing platforms.
- Identify, document and track defects.
- Report defects using tracking tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in QA Automation (Selenium or similar)
- Experience in development of test scenarios, test data, scripts, and exit criteria
- Experience in developing automation infrastructure - Advantage
- Solid experience with Web-client products
- High level of English – A must
- Experience with Katalon studio/Python - Advantage
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Self-Learning skills
