QA Engineer

Job Overview

Here at Wargaming Belgrade we are looking for QA Engineer to strengthen the World of Warships High-End Meta team.

Our team drives several essential areas: developing Clan Gameplay as an important component of player engagement, managing Game Commerce which includes both the in-game store and various monetization tools, and Web Tech - focused on creating technical solutions and core services to enhance the efficiency and stability of our project's features.

As a member of the World of Warships team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and passionate group of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the direction and success of the game.

Reports to

Our future colleague will report to Game Commerce Team Lead

What will you do?

Quality Assurance for services and features in scope of the Game Commerce domain:

• Functional, integration, regression testing;
• Writing and maintaining test documentation, test plans/test cases;
• End-to-end QA ownership of new features (game & web);
• Cooperating and communicating with different teams inside the project;
• Production monitoring & incidents research/resolution.

What are we looking for?

• Have at least 2 years of experience in QA;

• Knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques;

• Understanding product life cycles, dev processes and task deadlines;

• General understanding of client-server architecture.

• Experience in testing and understanding of the principles of operation of web applications (Chrome Devtools, Swagger, Postman);

• Basic skills in log analysis, including the ability to collect, read, interpret, and troubleshoot logs from various systems (Sentry, Grafana, Kibana);

• Readiness for continuous learning.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in GameDev industry;

• Autotests/perftests/programming experience;

• Experience with CI/CD systems like TeamCity or Jenkins;

• Experience in configuring test environments and test data setup.

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office, after Probation)
