Quality Check Specialist

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Quality Check Specialist.

We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on promotions, tournaments, and site banners
  
• Test bonuses and assess new bonus mechanics
  
• Coordinate with operators to resolve content-related issues
  
• Provide feedback and analysis on employee error rates
  
• Conduct QA reviews for new locales, projects, and brand launches
  
• Test freespins functionality and various bet levels

Requirements:

• Strong stress management skills
  
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in English/ Russian (minimum B1 level)

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in QA or software testing
  
• HTML knowledge
