React Native Tech Lead

1.      Technical Leadership:

-      Lead and manage a team of React Native developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

-      Set and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies specific to React Native.

-      Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes within the team.

-Encourages team collaboration and time management for multiple projects.

2.      Project Management:

-      Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

-      Plan and oversee the execution of mobile development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

-      Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

3.      Mobile App Development:

-      Participate in the full mobile app development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

-      Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in React Native.

-      Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

4.      Innovation and Improvement:

-      Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development and React Native.

-      Propose and implement improvements to the development process and team efficiency.

-      Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

5.      Collaboration and Communication:

-      Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and UX/UI designers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

-      Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

-      Represent the technical team in meetings and discussions with senior management.

Requirements

1.      Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant experience in mobile development and React Native.
  
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
  

2.      Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React Native and related technologies (e.g., Redux, TypeScript).
  
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  
• Knowledge of mobile CI/CD processes and tools.[HK1] 
  
• Architect and design complete and advanced solutions for mobile.
  
• Detailed custom components or services – native modules and BLE/IOT Services.
  
• Expertise in writing unit tests, integration testing, and UI tests for react-native applications. (Jest, RNTL)
  
• Proficiency in advanced React Native features: native modules, custom hooks, performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, memorization).
  
• Mastery of core React Native concepts: components, props, state management, navigation, hooks (Redux or Context API for state management).
  
• Knowledge of common and latest Platform based issues in Android & iOS.
  
• Performance Analysis and Profiling Tools for Identifying & Optimizing Bottlenecks.
  
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) for mobile development.
  
• Experience with Firebase, GCP, AWS, Branch.io etc. for Mobile App Development Practices.

4.      Preferred Qualifications:
