The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Experienced Hire Recruiting team in identifying, interviewing, and hiring experienced professionals in the New York office. Responsibilities include updating the applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, managing recruiting calendars, coordinating live interviews, and managing recruiting tools. The role requires excellent attention to detail, empathy for candidates, and the ability to balance process efficiency with a human approach to recruiting. The coordinator will work with Infrastructure and Trading teams.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and search firms
  • Self-starter comfortable managing several projects and priorities
  • Willingness to learn new recruiting systems and tools

About the Position

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Experienced Hire Recruiting team as we identify, interview, and hire experienced professionals in our New York office.

Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. We have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the brightest, most innovative talent from all corners of the world.

We will train you in our day-to-day candidate coordination and the strategy behind our approach. You'll work alongside our seasoned team to learn how we create an incredible candidate experience from start to finish. 

Your daily work will focus on supporting our Infrastructure and Trading teams, and will involve keeping our applicant tracking system updated, scheduling interviews, managing our recruiting calendars, coordinating live interviews as they happen, and helping us manage some of our other recruiting tools and platforms.

Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our success. We are looking for someone organized with excellent attention to detail, who also understands the importance of putting people first and maintaining the human element of recruiting. Your ability to balance process efficiency with genuine empathy for our candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.

About You

  • 1-3 years of professional experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
  • Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
  • Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and search firms
  • Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help
  • Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities
  • Interested in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
  • No financial industry experience required
  • Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools
  • Travel to recruiting conferences and events will be required for this position
