As a Lead Recruiter at OAO India, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates to onboarding new hires. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to create recruitment plans, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, assisting in offer negotiations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and participating in employer branding initiatives. The role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual to support the company's growth in the gaming industry.
Must have:
- 5+ years of HR recruitment experience in Gaming/IT.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

The Role @ OAO India OAO India is looking for a talented lead Recruiter to join our team. As a lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source potential candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates post-interview.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Assist in the negotiation of offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in the Gaming / IT Industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
