Must have:

  • Collaborate with artists for effect presentation.
  • Define and maintain art asset specifications (materials, textures, shaders).
  • Analyze and optimize rendering performance bottlenecks (Overdraw, DrawCall).
  • Understand URP rendering pipeline.
  • C# language experience for tool scripting.
  • Proficiency in Shader writing for graphics engines.
  • Experience with performance tuning tools (Frame Debugger, RenderDoc, Xcode GPU Debug).
  • Strong communication and collaboration with art and programming teams.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the research and development and implementation of visual expression solutions such as core materials, Shaders, post-processing, and special effects in the game.

2. Collaborate with artists to achieve visual effects.

3. Formulate and maintain art asset specifications (materials, textures, shaders) in the project.

4. Deeply analyze rendering performance bottlenecks, propose and implement optimization solutions (e.g., Overdraw, DrawCall).

5. Understand URP rendering pipeline.

Job Requirements

1. Experience with C# language, capable of creating tool scripts to assist art work.

2. Proficient in Shader writing for at least one graphics engine.

3. Possess certain performance tuning experience, proficient in using tools such as Frame Debugger, RenderDoc, Xcode GPU Debug.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills with artists and programmers, capable of promoting tool/process improvements.
