2. Solid design fundamentals, able to independently complete area planning, main building design, with good basic aesthetics, and able to grasp trendy and cool aesthetic preferences.
3. Responsible for organizing and standardizing scene concept art buildings, object settings, scene planning maps, and atmosphere map related documents, accumulating and sharing design experience.
4. Need to periodically propose self-iteration plans for scene design, continuously striving for improvement.
5. Some outsourcing docking experience, able to better complete outsourcing style unification and quality management, and timely follow up on feedback.
1. 5+ years of scene concept art work experience, in-depth understanding of American cartoon and American comic styles, extensive portfolio accumulation, experience with top-down competitive products preferred.
2. Strong drawing skills, deep understanding of three-dimensional composition, strong sense of space, good composition, camera, and color perception, able to balance realistic and Q-version styles, some 3D assistance experience preferred, ability to draw storyboards preferred.
3. Good color sense, solid hand-drawing skills. Proficient in Blender, mastering modeling/materials/lighting/rendering full process.
4. Good at communication, proactive, full of drive, responsible, ambitious, team-oriented. Strong initiative, creative enthusiasm.
