  • Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in AFLS like to Key clients.
  • Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating
  • procedures.
  • Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from
  • supervisor.
  • Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
  • Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and
  • procedures.

Please Note :This is a Fixed Term Hire Role for 8 Months.
