The SAP FICO consultant will be responsible for providing ongoing application support to the customer's SAP solution. This includes resolving defects, managing incidents, and coordinating with offshore teams and users. The consultant will also work on implementation projects and understand the different severities and priorities of issues. Responsibilities include incident management, service request fulfillment, problem management, and change management. The consultant will proactively monitor systems, provide feedback, and recommend solutions for improvement. This role requires experience in SAP FICO configuration, finance domain knowledge, and the ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations. The consultant will also be involved in grooming junior team members and helping the client achieve expected business results. They should also be able to act as a liaison and coordinate with technical and other team members for resolution of issues.
