Job Description

As a Search Specialist at gTech's Ads Solutions, you'll manage a book of business, planning, pitching (with in-country teams), implementing, and optimizing search strategies. You'll deeply analyze client objectives, lead holistic search strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for account growth. Responsibilities include delivering outcomes, tracking product adoption, developing campaign strategies, optimizing spend and performance, implementing new service solutions, scaling product launches, identifying key stakeholders, and contributing to cross-team collaborations. You'll also help improve products by identifying and defining needed enhancements. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising and client relationship management.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years digital media/advertising experience
  • 4+ years client-facing experience
  • Campaign planning, implementation, and optimization
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising
  • Experience working with product teams on scalable business solutions
  • Experience creating and sharing best practice solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising and working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
  • Experience in performance ecosystem with focus on accelerating customer success, business growth and driving product adoption.
  • Experience creating and sharing best practice solutions to inculcate a culture of learning and having an impact at scale.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business as a full-time Search Specialist, working across the entire business cycle you will plan, pitch (together with in-country teams), implement and optimize. Deep-dive into the client’s business objectives and lead a holistic Search strategy.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
  • Deliver outcomes and track product adoption for multiple customers by leading portions of projects that are integrated into overarching efforts including campaign strategy development and monitoring/optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer business objectives.
  • Implement solutions to expand the menu of services. Tests and scale new product launches.
  • Identify key stakeholders to build a network and contribute to cross-team collaborations. Help product teams to improve products by identifying and defining the product improvements.
