Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Artist to join our Vilnius office. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props for our casual mobile games. You will ensure that all assets meet technical and artistic requirements for real-time rendering, optimize them for performance and memory efficiency, and assemble scenes in a game engine. You will also mentor junior artists and collaborate with the art and game design teams.

Must have:

Excellent 3D skills
Understanding of pipeline processes
Low Poly modeling and Sculpting
Light, Rendering, Shaders
Character and Environment asset production
Game engine experience
Time management
Teamwork
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

Good to have:

Animation skills
Rigging and texturing experience

Our Vilnius office is looking for a talented and experienced Senior 3D Artist with a strong interest in casual mobile games. If you are a professional eager to grow and develop within a team of experts, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, and props;
Ensure that all 3D assets meet technical and artistic requirements for real-time rendering;
Optimize and refine 3D assets for performance and memory efficiency without compromising visual quality;
Assemble scenes and assets in a game engine;
Mentor and provide guidance to junior 3D artists;
Collaborate with the art and game design teams;
Provide constructive feedback to peers.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

Excellent 3D skills;
Excellent understanding of pipeline processes;
Excellent understanding of Low Poly modeling and Sculpting;
Understanding of Light, Rendering, Shaders;
Experience in Character and Environment asset production;
Experience working with game engines;
Time management skills and ability to independently complete assigned tasks on time;
Ability to work in a team;
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Extra Great to Have:

Animation skills;
Experience in rigging and texturing.
