Job Description

As a senior copywriter, you will be responsible for creating content across various mediums, including designing webpages, scripting, and storyboarding video content. You will analyze customer data to identify pain points, develop solutions, and communicate your projects to stakeholders. The role involves managing priorities, adapting to key goals, and coordinating with different teams to gather information and iterate on content based on feedback. The job requires a creative and forward-thinking approach to produce high-quality copy and multimedia content, ensuring a great experience for customers.
Must have:

ABOUT THE TEAM 

The UK Member Support Content team creates content to educate members on how to use Tide’s products and services, and keep their business safe from threats such as fraud. We create forward-thinking content across a range of topics and mediums, providing a great experience for our customers and helping them to make the most of Tide’s services.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As our team’s senior copywriter, you’ll create content across a range of mediums - from writing and content designing webpages to scripting and storyboarding video content.

You’ll analyse our customer data to discover our customers’ pain points, and ideate and action your own solutions through the content you create.

You’ll be able to manage different prioritise, be agile in pivoting your focus to key goals, and effectively communicate your projects to key stakeholders to leverage their input and expertise.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

We’re looking for a creative and forward-thinking senior copywriter. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong, proven track-record of producing high quality copy across a range of mediums, from short UX copy to longer web page copy
  • The ability to create multimedia content, from scripting and storyboarding video content to advising the design team on creating infographics
  • Experience using Content Management Systems, publishing your own content, and ideally experience in building web pages using pre-created components
  • Strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate with almost every team across Tide to source information, understand issues, and iterate the content through expert feedback
