Resolver is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management to design and implement programs focused on talent growth, leadership development, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is crucial for scaling the company and supporting employee success by concentrating on learning, development, performance, and career progression. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the Senior Manager will contribute significantly to Resolver's people strategy and its goal of being an excellent workplace. The role involves leading learning and development initiatives, managing performance enablement programs, and driving engagement and organizational development strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent management and a proven ability to partner with senior leaders.
Must have:
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Talent Management or related People function.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering talent programs.
  • Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong capability in project and program management.
Good to have:
  • Post-secondary education in HR, Psychology, or Business.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CTDP, Prosci).
  • Experience with HR systems like BambooHR, Culture Amp, or Docebo.
  • Experience interpreting people analytics to inform strategies.

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. 

We are looking for a
Senior Manager, Talent Management to drive the design and delivery of programs that grow talent, strengthen leadership, and build a culture of high performance and engagement. With a focus on learning, development, performance, and career growth, this role enables Resolver to scale effectively and support employee success. 
 
Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the Senior Manager plays a key role in advancing Resolver’s people strategy and delivering on our goal to make Resolver an amazing place to work.

Your day to day - let's break it down!: 
Learning and Development (40%) 
Measures of Success: Training effectiveness, learning engagement, % of employees with goals, rate of internal promotions/career moves
  • Owns the Resolver-wide learning and development strategy, including onboarding, role-based skill development, and leadership capability building. 
  • Designs and delivers high-impact learning experiences in collaboration with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and the L&D Partner (e.g., live sessions, digital, peer-led, and self-directed formats). 
     
  • Leads the evolution of Resolver’s performance enablement programs to support a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and goal activation.  
     
  • Partners with the Business Partnering Team to execute year-end performance cycles. 
     
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of learning and performance programs using data from tools such as Culture Amp, BambooHR, and OKRs to inform improvements. 
     
  • Leads the creation of scalable frameworks that support career development, succession planning, and internal talent mobility. 
     
  • Integrates leadership development and internal succession planning efforts to support growth, career progression, and readiness for future roles
Culture and Engagement (30%)
Measures of Success: Employee engagement scores, engagement action plan adoption, regrettable attrition
  • Leads the execution of employee engagement and pulse survey cycles, including timeline management, coordination with COE, internal communication, action planning and results follow-up. 
     
  • Partners with leadership to build and implement initiatives that foster a culture of inclusion, feedback, and recognition. 
     
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to align employee experience programs and HR cycles to company values and priorities. 
     
  • Advises on engagement drivers and retention strategies, drawing on both internal data and external best practices. 
Organization Development (20%)
Measures of Success: Talent program adoption, internal mobility rate, leadership bench strength, alignment of org design with business goals.
  • Collaborates with the People Business Partner’s and business leaders to evolve Resolver’s talent strategy in alignment with organizational needs. 
  • Applies an organizational development lens to identify opportunities for improved team structures, cross-functional collaboration, and ways of working. 
Coaching and Team Development (10%)
Measures of Success: Team engagement, performance effectiveness, 1:1 cadence, engagement in career development.
  • Leads and coaches the Learning & Development Partner, fostering a culture of learning, trust, and accountability. 
     
  • Provides clear direction, prioritizes initiatives, and ensures alignment of work to Resolver’s strategic talent priorities. 
     
  • Supports effective onboarding, development, and performance through regular feedback, weekly 1:1s, and growth-focused conversations. 
     
  • Acts as a thought partner and mentor, building internal capability and supporting the ongoing evolution of Talent programs. 
What you will bring: 
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and influence decision-making across functions. 
     
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related People function. 
     
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CTDP, Prosci, coaching credentials) are considered an asset. 
     
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering programs in areas such as performance, career development, leadership enablement, and employee engagement. 
     
  • Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and aligning diverse perspectives to deliver enterprise-wide talent initiatives. 
     
  • Strong capability in project and program management, with experience leading cross-functional efforts from design through implementation. 
     
  • Comfort working with HR systems and interpreting people analytics to inform talent strategies; experience with tools like BambooHR, Culture Amp, or Docebo is an asset.
