Scopely seeks a Senior Product Manager, Monetization Performance for its Monopoly GO! game in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities include driving monetization strategy optimization, developing and executing strategies to enhance in-game purchases, analyzing player spending behavior, collaborating with data teams, identifying innovative monetization features, optimizing live game features, designing A/B tests, translating high-level opportunities into feature designs, producing game specs, providing feature feedback, and following market trends. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for F2P mobile games, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in optimizing game economy and monetization in F2P mobile casual games. Leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills are essential.

Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager Monetization Performance to join our Monopoly GO game in Tel Aviv (Israel) on a hybrid basis!

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely’s largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
 
What You Will Do
  • Drive the optimization of monetization strategies and performance metrics to maximize revenue
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance in-game purchases 
  • Lead initiatives to analyze and improve player spending behaviors and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with data teams to analyze user engagement and monetization performance metrics
  • Identify and implement innovative monetization features and mechanics to drive revenue growth
  • Optimize live game features to enhance player engagement and revenue
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize game features and monetization
  • Transform high-level opportunities into concrete and well thought out feature designs
  • Produce and update game specs that contain the right level of detail while staying concise and easy to understand by the whole team
  • Provide feature feedback frequently and timely
  • Follow the most recent market trends and best practices to create the best possible designs for our roadmap features, and to bring new ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for F2P mobile games and a deep understanding of monetization strategies and player behavior
  • Experience & Qualifications: Solid experience in optimizing game economy and monetization in F2P mobile casual games or similar consumer-facing products
  • Communication: Strong verbal & written communication skills. Able to articulate complex monetization strategies and insights effectively focusing on the “Why” instead of just the “How” and “What”
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive actionable insights for monetization improvement
  • Quantitative Capability: intermediate business statistics knowledge, know when to use and not to use data, able to translate product problems into analytics problems, set expectations, develop and test hypotheses, interpret data in a meaningful and actionable way, and manipulate and visualize data in excel (sql is a plus)
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute game economy and monetization strategies aligned with overall product goals
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading game economy and monetization initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets
  • Project Management: able to deploy resources against highest impact initiatives, understand tradeoffs, anticipate & mitigate risks from afar, manage people's expectations & maintain a high quality of deliverables
