EPIC Investment Partners (“EPIC”) is a global financial services platform with 230 people across four integrated divisions Capital, Markets, Administration and Advisory.
EPIC was founded in 2001 by Giles Brand and Hiren Patel, financial services entrepreneurs with backgrounds in private equity. Business building is at the heart of everything we do. Our integrated approach supports corporates, entrepreneurs, and investors by providing access to capital, advice, and administration services across our four divisions:
• Capital: patient and flexible private capital encompassing early-stage investing, private equity and SPACs. £300 million assets under management (“AuM”).
• Markets: fund management platform with £400 million AuM across Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Managed Futures strategies.
• Administration: full-service outsourced administration platform encompassing Fund Services, Corporate Services and Legal Advertising and Public Notice services. £3 billion assets under administration.
• Advisory: discrete and independent advice to corporates, families and institutions on large and small transactions ranging from £25 million to £1 billion in value.

Profile: Senior QA Automation Engineer – IT Design and Development
EPIC Investment Partners (“EPIC”) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated full-stack developer to join its India team within its private equity and corporate finance business lines. EPIC is a privately-owned, fast growing investment firm with aggregate assets under management of c.£1 billion. EPIC invests in private equity opportunities with a target size of up to £30 million and advises on corporate finance transactions with a target size of £50 million to £1 billion.
The Senior QA Automation Engineer will join a new team, established to develop and drive the technology and automation roadmap for EPIC Group. You will report directly to the Group Data Director who is based in UK. This is an exciting role that will provide the opportunity to work on projects that will have a direct impact on creating new revenue opportunities for the Group, and driving operational efficiencies that grow profitability. The automation initiatives will also provide EPIC with the foundations for scalable growth in the future.
Role description and responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for both manual and automation testing for various web applications across the board
Create and design application and software testing processes
Monitor system and software functionality
Ensure offerings are entirely functional and provide quality assurance for software products
Automated testing and problem-solving of various tasks that work towards a development process
Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes
Collaborate with fellow software developers to develop test plans and new approaches for seeking out bugs and exploits in end-user-facing applications
Establish and implement rigorous reporting and automated monitoring systems
Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
Candidate profile
Essential requirements:
Non-technical
Strong command of English language and be an effective communicator
Strong logic and problem-solving skills
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Shift timings: 1330 hours to 2200 hours or 1130 hours to 2000 hours for female employees
Strong work ethic and delivers on tasks with a sense of urgency
Technical
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
