Job Description

The Service Advisor at Tesla's Dongtan, Gyeonggi, Korea service center provides professional service to all customers, managing appointments, work orders, quotes, and invoices using internal systems. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with internal policies, providing feedback on programs, accurately recording data, updating customers on repair progress, verifying completed repairs, scheduling vehicle deliveries, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience in the automotive industry, strong computer skills (service center applications, Outlook, MS Office), a driver's license, and excellent communication and organizational abilities. Automotive technical knowledge and a related degree/certification are preferred.
Must have:
  • 2+ years automotive customer service experience
  • Proficient in service center applications & MS Office
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
