Job Description

As a Shop Manager, your goal is to create an unforgettable customer experience and enable your team to perform at their best.

On a daily basis, your missions consist of:

• Ensuring impeccable service in the shop by advising your customers on Rituals products and philosophy
• Defining ambitious weekly and daily objectives and animating commercial indicators with your team
• Ensuring the implementation and follow-up of in-store procedures
• Ensuring excellent administrative management of your team by developing optimized schedules
• Recruiting, retaining, training, and coaching your team

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Shop Manager or Profit Center Manager in the retail sector
• You know how to develop a long-term commercial strategy for your point of sale and are an expert in the administrative management of your team
• You have natural leadership and know how to coach your employees daily
• You like to take initiatives and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have a good command of IT tools
